Cleverhood, An Outdoor Apparel Company Introduced A Redefined Street Cape
PROVIDENCE, R.I., — Cleverhood, the Providence-based outdoor apparel company that redefined the urban cape, is taking the revolution one step further with the introduction of its newest street cape, the CleverHoody. Created in collaboration with Detroit’s ISAIC (Industrial Sewing and Innovation Center) the CleverHoody is a warm, cozy cape designed for the modern times and manufactured with a greater purpose.
Cut and sewn in ISAIC’s world-class, human-centered learning/contract manufacturing factory, Cleverhood is one of the first brands working with newly launched ISAIC to help shape the future of the apparel industry. ISAIC, a nonprofit resource for the sewn trades, is dedicated to rebuilding an equitable domestic workforce that is paid fair wages and trained in both traditional and emerging technologies, creating new career opportunities previously unavailable to many of the workers.

The CleverHoody is designed to be a versatile garment, worn outdoors as a distinctive street cape, or inside because of its soft and comfortable fleece fabric. It features an interior kangaroo pocket and hidden mobile pocket. It has a comfortable hood with a Herringbone Twill drawstring. Unisex and available in two sizes and 4 colors: Trek Blue, Scout Gray, Dash Black and Dart Green. MSRP is $89USD.
